ChicVida Jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty (Stone Replacement not Included).

The custom and personalized orders can not be exchanged or refunded as they will be made especially for you.
Cleaning your Jewelry
While the jewelry is made with 18k / 14k Solid Gold is quite sturdy, fine jewelry does needs to be handled with care.
Keep it away from chemicals: This might seem obvious, but you can find harmful chemicals in lotions, perfumes and hairspray. Keep your jewelry away from these products.
Put it on last: To avoid chemicals, put your jewelry on last and take it off first.
Shipping
Fast Insured shipping
We have our own manufacturing studio where we make all the orders in house. The rings are ready to dispatch in 7-10 working days. The rings are insured express shipped.
Order tracking
We ship all our products via Fedex or UPS. We will update the tracking number once we ship the order.
Duty Free Shipping
We take care of all customs and import duties that are levied at the port of entry. What you pay for your order is the final amount. You don't have to pay for anything else.

All items returned must be in new/unused condition with all original documents and packaging. Prior to sending the package back, contact us for information on how to ship the item back. We will provide the return shipping address. Buyer pays the return shipping.
